The room here was affordable and practical, with cozy beds and amenities for making tea and coffee.

Incredible and easy location to Horley Library.

Charming old place with welcoming employees on account of what the other staff member had said. Location so close to Gatwick airport, easy parking for the shuttle as well as the restaurant and the restaurant staff.

Our room here had a bathtub 🛁, and the bed was super clean, leading to a fantastic night's sleep. the staff were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. Everything went smoothly.

I only stayed overnight, so my expereince of the hotel was very limited.

A lack of a lift is the only thing I noticed that would have been useful, but I must say the staff were more than helpful and tok my case up for me.

The room is spacious and practical with a bathtub, the food is enjoyable, the location is close to the airport, and there are great dining options and reliable transportation services nearby.

The restaurant was good, although I had to mention to a member of staff in the restaurant that I was not happy to be charged £4.50 for a scoop of ice cream. However this was rectified; I was then only charged £1.50. The courtesy car took us to and from the airport, so that we could collect our car which we had left in your car park for eight nights.

The twin beds were extremely narrow in our room, number 26, which did not make for a comfortable night's sleep.

This is an excellent hotel if using Gatwick Airport. Friendly and efficient staff, good quality food in the restaurant and a very good price with free airport transfers. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and comfortable, just wish the heater had been turned on.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation, lovely soft fluffy towels and crispy white sheets.

I enjoyed the comfortable room, the ensuite bathroom, the courtesy of the receptionist on my arrival, the lunch provided to me, the good television in the room, the location and especially the history of the hotel. This could be enlarged upon as it is vary interesting. There are historical societies who might also be intreseted in this buidling. I also appreciated the safety aspects of the hotel as a single traveller. My experience was very positive and I would happily return in the future.

I was ill during my stay and found the rooms chilly.
